We did the 4th of July simple this year. We had a bbq with my cousins from Arizona and their family. It was a lot of fun. On Monday, we did sparklers with the kids. Evie and Henry had a blast. Julianna did one sparkler and thought it was great, until she burned herself on the stick while trying to throw it in the water bucket, and refused to do any more sparklers for the rest of the night. Poor baby. I really do feel bad.
After sparklers we had ice cream on a stick.
It was a pretty nice holiday. I like just doing the simple things.

Those burns HURT!!! Avary wouldn't touch them until we were all out of them and then she was sad because she wanted to do them. Indecisive little poop!!
